2.  When foreign nationals stay in communities (residential areas), they or their hosts can complete the registration online through the "Self-Service Declaration System for Accommodation Registration of Foreign Nationals," or they can handle it offline through the local public security service windows, service stations for foreign nationals, or immigration integration service stations.
